Reiki Healing

 

Reiki is an energy healing technique that are performed by using energy forces to reduce stress and anxiety and assist with relaxation.

What is Energy?

Energy is the life force of everything. It is in every aspect of our existence. Energy is all around us at a constant flow. We use the Chakra system to work with energy balancing. One example of feeling energy is we feel hot and cold and we can even sense what another is feeling/thinking.
Energy plays a fundamental role in our communication system, forming our thoughts and emotions.

How can Reiki help facilitate healing?

Firstly, we understand we can only facilitate healing that’s is welcome by the client and are willing to release any traumas or want to changes their current situation. The very first step of healing is acknowledgement. Once we are aware of something we can change it. Reiki adjusts to the needs of the receiver. Reiki can assist in clearing this blocked energy and re-direct the energy back onto the original course. By working with the energy Reiki can heal damaging areas naturally and holistically.
Please note that Reiki do not replace any medical profession its merely a technique facilitating healing.

Reiki session can be performed remotely or personally.  Venue of your choice can be arrange.

Dance meditation

 

Dance mediation have been performed by Shamans and various cultures through out the years.
Dance meditation is performed with movements / somatic movements as a free flow dance.
We use dance meditation to balance the chakras and to manifest your dreams.
There is no right or wrong movements and no judgement.
We use music according to the set attention of the session in a tranquil environment where you are in the present moment.
Dance meditation can assist you to let go of want needs to be let go off or brings you to stillness to reflect your life experiences.
You will be guided through the session to ensure you experience the fulfillment of your whole being.

Somatic Therapy / Movements

 

What is Somatic therapy / movements? 

The word somatic means “of or relating to the living body,” and it has long been used in medical terminology like somatic cell, somatic nervous system, somatic disorder, and somatic pain.

Somatic movements initiate the journey and is performed consciously with the intention of focusing on the internal experience of the movement rather than the external appearance or result of the movement. All movements are gentle movements and are preformed slowly. This is not fitness exercises.

How it works 

Our sensory motor systems continually respond to daily stresses and trauma with specific muscular reflexes.
These reflexes, repeatedly triggered, create habitual muscular contractions which we cannot – voluntary – relax.
These muscular contractions have become so deeply involuntary and unconscious that, we no longer remember how to move freely.

This is called Sensory – Motor Amnesia (SMA).
The brain no longer remembers and the somatic movements reminds and redirect the lost memory to activate the autonomic nervous system. (ANS)

Somatic Dance

 

Somatic dance has an effect on the entire body and assist you to creatively engage with emotional, physical and cognitive processes through dance and movement. It allows you to safely explore and express what you may not be able to fully put into words.
No dance experience is required. We use free-form movement and guided movements
With free-form movements it helps us open up to creative ways of moving. Without choreography, you can find new ways of moving, which translates into new ways of being and thinking in daily life.
Through movement you become unblocked from patterns and habits in our physical, mental and emotional body.
Somatic dance practice allows us to become more aware of oneself and what’s around us, and attuning to the natural flow of life while experiencing more grace and ease in our body-mind-emotions
Once you become self-aware and see the dance or story you are in, you can then begin to change it. In the dance, you give past trauma, stress, and tension a place to be expressed and released. So that when you dance, you let go of the old and open up to new ways of being.

Through movements you can tell your story and let go of control and experience states of joy, bliss and ecstasy.
